On October 13th - 16th, 2011, Sage Court staged a two-day jazz festival at the JW Marriot Desert Ridge Resort & Spa.  This is a video produced by and featuring the photography of George Childress.

Headlining Saturday’s roster of talent was guitar great Norman Brown and recent winner for “Best Wind Player” at the American Smooth Jazz Awards, saxophonist Richard Elliot. Other jazz mainstays included Jonathan Butler, Eric Darius & Maysa, Euge Groove, Mindi Abair and Turning Point.

Sunday’s Guitars & Saxes show closer featured the mighty combination of Jeff Golub, Gerald Albright and Kirk Whalum. Other acts included Gentlemen of the Night with sax man Marion Meadows, Michael Lington & Warren Hill, former Rippington Jeff Kashiwa, Steve Cole, Jackiem Joyner & Nick Colionne, Jessy J and sax man Dominic Amato.
